Rent include service charges(¥12,000)
Service charges use Common area. (electricity, water, gas, internet, rice, household goods, and contract renewal fee funding, etc.)
If Service charges get low, split the cost
Deposit (If there is no contamination at the time of departure return) is uniform ¥30,000
units from one month. The prorated if in the middle of the month.

Flow of up to rent

You go to Geek house Tsukuba to know the atmosphere and met with management people and other residents
